Grooming Services are available Monday – Sunday with the exception of major holidays. Don’t forget to call or email to reserve your preferred Groomer!
For those who wish to participate in Community Play, Complementary Puppy Play, Group, or Private Training classes, this provides us with all the nitty gritty details we need to ensure a great experience for your pup. Don’t forget to call or email to schedule your play dates!

If you are a 1st-time guest, have added a new pet to your family or have not boarded with us in the past 2 years, this form is for you.
Vaccination information is required to be up to date in order for The Pet Palace to provide services. Reservations are considered pending until records are presented. Unfortunately reservations can not be confirmed without proof and will be cancelled if proof is not received 24hours prior to arrival.

Organizations wishing to request a donation will need to fill out this form entirely and submit by email or fax. Donation requests are processed bi-monthly and need to be picked up by the organization once complete.
